NCEF is Filorga’s exclusive complex containing revitalizing and anti-ageing ingredients (vitamins, co-enzymes, anti-oxidants, amino acids, minerals, etc.)
How to use:
Apply daily, in the morning and/or evening. Dab lightly onto the entire eye area, not forgetting the upper eyelids.
